These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding and enforceable agreement between:

You (“Client”, “Customer”, “User”)
AND
RASSAPCES PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name RAS Spaces.

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, approving designs, making any payment, signing any quotation or agreement, or engaging our services in any manner whatsoever, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hereinafter referred to as “RAS Spaces”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”.
 

2. SCOPE & APPLICABILITY

These Terms govern all services and products offered by RAS Spaces, including but not limited to:

• Interior design consultancy

• Modular kitchens and wardrobes

• Custom and factory-made furniture

• On-site execution (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting)

• Residential, commercial, and office interiors

• Any allied, incidental, or value-added services

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with and in addition to:

• Service Agreement

• Approved Quotation / BOQ

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Warranty Policy

Any written communication, annexure, or email confirmation. In the event of conflict, these Terms shall prevail, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by RAS Spaces.

3. PROJECT & ORDER DEFINITIONS

• 3.1 Project

  • A “Project” refers to interior design and/or execution work undertaken for one single residential or commercial property.

  • A Project may consist of multiple independent Orders

  • Each Order shall have separate timelines, milestones, and payment schedules

  • Minimum project value executed by RAS Spaces: ₹1,50,000

• 3.2 Orders

  • Orders may include:

  • Modular furniture

  • Custom furniture

  • On-site execution services

  • Store or readymade products
     

4. QUOTATIONS & PRICING

All quotations issued by RAS Spaces are indicative estimates based on preliminary requirements.

Final pricing depends on:

• Approved designs

• Material specifications

• Finishes and final scope

• Prices are subject to revision until final design approval and Quotation sign-off.

Any discounts, promotional offers, or complimentary items are conditional and may be withdrawn if:

• Scope changes

• Quotation is revised

• Project value is altered
   

4.1 Binding Nature of Quotations

All quotations are by default governed by and bound to these Terms & Conditions, without exception.

Acceptance of a quotation, payment of any amount, or approval of designs shall constitute full acceptance of these Terms and all associated policies.

• No quotation shall be interpreted independently of these Terms.
   

5. PAYMENT TERMS

• 5.1 Booking Fee

  • A 10% booking amount is mandatory to initiate any project or order.

  • The booking amount is adjustable against the final project value.

  • The booking amount is non-refundable, except under the 48-Hour Free Look Period.

• 5.2 48-Hour Free Look Period and with out work commencing 

  • The Client may cancel within 48 hours of booking payment.

  • 100% of the booking amount shall be refunded.

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing only.

• 5.3 Payment Schedule

Work shall commence only after receipt of the applicable milestone payment.

Delays beyond 48 hours in payment may directly impact delivery timelines.
 

6. DESIGN APPROVAL, QUOTATION & EXECUTION SCOPE

All approvals may be recorded through email, WhatsApp, or signed documents, and shall be legally valid.

Once the Quotation is approved:

❌ No additions, deletions, or substitutions are permitted

❌ No price renegotiation shall be entertained

The approved Quotation shall be treated as final, binding, and conclusive.
 

6.1 Designs Linked to Quotations

Execution is carried out strictly as per the approved quotation, not merely based on visual designs.

Designs are indicative for visualisation purposes only.

RAS Spaces may add additional design elements for beautification or presentation, which:

• Are not included in the quotation

• Shall not be executed

• Shall not be claimed by the Client

Only items explicitly mentioned in the final quotation / BOQ shall be executed.
 

7. WAREHOUSING, UNLOADING & STORAGE

• 7.1 Warehousing

  • Complimentary storage up to 5 calendar days beyond scheduled dispatch.

  • From the 6th day onward, ₹500 per day warehousing charges shall apply.

  • Charges must be paid in advance before rescheduling delivery.

  • RAS Spaces shall not be liable for delays or rescheduling caused by Client-side storage delays.

• 7.2 Unloading Charges (No Service Lift)

  • If service lift is unavailable or restricted:

  • From 3rd floor onward: ₹5,000 flat

  • From 9th floor onward: ₹1,000 per additional floor

  • Charges shall be borne entirely by the Client.

  • Delivery may be withheld until charges are cleared.
     

8. EXECUTION TIMELINES & DELAY COMPENSATION

• Timelines depend on scope, approvals, and site readiness.

• Delivery guarantee is not applicable in case of:

• Client delays or payment defaults

• Third-party interference Society, builder, or access restrictions Force majeure events
   

8.1 Delay Penalty (If Applicable)

• 5% on delay attributable solely to RAS Spaces.

• Maximum cap: 5% of total project value.

​Applicable only after:

• 100% payment completion

• Project handover

• RAS Spaces’ determination shall be final and binding.
   

9. FREEBIES, OFFERS & VERBAL COMMITMENTS

• No verbal commitments are valid or enforceable.

• Any freebies, offers, or complimentary items shall be valid only if:

• Mentioned in the quotation or

• Confirmed through official email or CRM Portal

If not documented in writing, such items shall be deemed not included.
 

10. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Governed exclusively by the Cancellation & Refund Policy available on the official website.

• The Client confirms that they have reviewed and understood the policy.

• No refund shall be entertained outside the scope of the published policy.
   

11. WARRANTY, LIABILITY & TERMINATION

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

• RAS Spaces shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• Maximum liability is limited to amount paid for the specific order.

• RAS Spaces reserves the right to terminate services without refund for:

• Payment defaults

• Abusive behavior

• Continuous scope changes

• Legal violations
   

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Governed by the laws of India

Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996

Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana
