RAS Spaces, a product of Propeden Estate Pvt. Ltd., is committed to providing high-quality interior design services and ensuring complete satisfaction for our clients. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases or engaging our services.

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy governs the procedures for refunds for the services provided by RAS Spaces. The policy applies to services like modular kitchens, wardrobe solutions, TV units, Pooja units, and all other interior design services offered by us. If you are not fully satisfied with our services or if there is an issue with the quality of work, we are here to resolve it in the best possible manner.
By agreeing to work with RAS Spaces, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation of Services
Before Agreement Signing: If you wish to cancel the service request before signing the service agreement or project contract, you are entitled to a full refund, if applicable.
After Agreement Signing: Once the agreement is signed, cancellation of services will be subject to certain conditions:
Design Stage: If you choose to cancel the services during the design phase or before the execution of the design work, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the design consultation and planning work completed.
Post-Execution Stage: If you cancel after the project has been executed or completed partially, a refund will not be issued, and you will be required to pay for the work done up to that point.
3. Refund Process
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be considered only if you experience a defect in the quality of work or services that cannot be reasonably fixed or rectified by our team. Some of the issues that may make you eligible for a refund include:
Incorrect installation or design.
Major defects in materials used (if applicable).
If the project is not completed within the agreed timelines, subject to force majeure conditions (e.g., delays due to unforeseen events like natural disasters).
Refund Request: To request a refund, you must contact RAS Spaces in writing via email or through our customer service platform. The refund request must include:
A detailed explanation of the issue or dissatisfaction.
Any relevant photos or documentation (if applicable).
The date of purchase/service initiation.
Processing Time: Once a refund request is received, we will assess the claim and respond within 7 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be Credited within 15 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: If you change your mind after signing the agreement or approving the designs, a refund will not be provided unless a specific defect or issue with the work is found.
Post-Completion Changes: If you request changes after the work has been completed, such as aesthetic or design changes, these will be treated as new requests and will require additional charges.
Damage After Delivery: If damage occurs after the delivery or completion of the project due to mishandling, misuse, or external factors not related to the work performed by RAS Spaces, a refund will not be issued.
5. Work Quality Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work and the materials used. If there is a legitimate issue with the quality of work, RAS Spaces will make necessary corrections without additional charges, depending on the nature of the defect. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if the project or service is partially complete and the client is dissatisfied due to reasons related to quality or service. A refund amount will be calculated based on the extent of work completed or delivered.

7. Force Majeure
If there are unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other events categorized as force majeure), we will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to meet deadlines. In such cases, refunds will be provided only at our discretion, depending on the situation.

8. Refund on Pre-Paid Services
For any services paid for in advance, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the stage at which the project is canceled. Once the work has started, refunds will only cover the unused portion of the service, if applicable.
